Alaska Cruises Deals or experiences?

Guys,
I am planning for Alaska tour soon for 7-10 days from LA/SFO/Seattle including visit to anchorage. So i would appreciate some help on the tour deals and tips to travel by road in alaska from the port of landing and back to the cruise.

There are going to be very few, if any, cruises from LA or SFO; Seattle is a better bet. Ten-day itinerary will also limit your choices. With the deals out there now, you might want to consider a 14-day, back-to-back cruise. Might be cheaper than going one-way [most alaska crui cruises are one-way] and then paying airfare for return.
