Are all cruises all inclusive?

My Husband and I were thinking about taking a cruise around the parts of Alaska we’re most thinking of living. Ideally, we’d like luxery at a low cost. I saw a cruise that was a little over 2k per person that was a suite room….if it’s all inclusive, it’s worth it…if not, there’s no way.

Generally it includes everything except liquor, gambling and tips. The website will tell you exactly what it covers, enjoy.
